Refund Policy
At Compliance Pro Safety, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
Request Timing: Your purchase or automatic renewal occurred no more than 72 hours before your refund request.
Course Status:
You have NOT attempted any portion of a test, quiz, or exam.
You have NOT requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
You have NOT completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
You have NOT received notification that training materials or other merchandise have been shipped.
Refund Request Process
If you meet all eligibility criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to Support@ComplianceProSafety.com within 72 hours of your course purchase. Include:
A receipt proving your purchase.
An explanation for your refund request.
Please note, refunds will not be issued for:
Training materials or merchandise that have been shipped.
National, state, and local mandated regulatory fees.
Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or other in-course assessments within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines).
Failure to pass identity validation requirements (including state or government ID validation, security questions, or other required methods as per course guidelines).
Course expirations (according to course guidelines).
Expedited processing or mailing of certificates, training materials, or other merchandise once the expedite request has been fulfilled.
Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account and will be issued to the same payment method used during the initial purchase.
Please be aware that any course-specific terms, conditions, or policies presented during registration that differ from this general refund policy will take precedence. For inquiries about specific terms or policies related to a particular course, please contact us.
